Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to tutoring, feedback, proofreading and editing support provided by British Scholars, operated by Danfran Scholars LLP. We do not write or complete assessed work for students.

1. Legal Jurisdiction:

• Clients confirm purchasing services from a legal jurisdiction permitting such transactions.

2. Intended Purpose:

• Services help clients understand their subject and improve work they have written themselves. We do not supply bespoke model essays or dissertations.
• Clients must produce their own assessed work and follow institutional rules when using feedback, tutoring or editing assistance.

3. University Regulations:

• Clients agree to understand and comply with their university or school regulations governing academic work.

4. Quality Assurance:

• The support scope and timing are confirmed before the client agrees to proceed. No grade, plagiarism score or AI-detector outcome is guaranteed.

5. Ownership and Redistribution:

• Clients retain authorship of their original drafts, research and academic submissions.
• Materials are not resold, republished, or redistributed. Clients must not violate copyright.

6. Refusal and Responsibility:

• British Scholars may decline or stop support requests that conflict with the Academic Integrity Policy.
• The company bears no responsibility for undetected violations.

7. Use of Services:

• Client's use is at their initiative. British Scholars is not liable for any decision violating educational regulations.

8. Support Scope and Academic Results:

• Any included follow-up support and the time available to ask questions are stated in the agreed support plan.
• Clients remain responsible for their academic decisions, final changes and submissions. Grades are determined by their institution.

9. Support Timing:

• The agreed support schedule relates to tutoring sessions or feedback on your own work. You remain responsible for your institution’s submission dates.

10. Cancellation Policy:

• Contact us promptly to request cancellation of agreed support. Any applicable cancellation terms and payment obligations must be explained before support begins. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

11. Refund Policy:

• Contact us if agreed support has not been provided or does not meet the agreed scope. We will review the request against the support agreement and your applicable statutory rights.

12. Confidentiality:

• Client information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including sharing necessary information with the people and service providers handling a request.

13. Accuracy and Errors:

• Follow-up corrections or clarifications may be provided within the agreed support scope.

14. Delayed Support:

• If agreed feedback or a tutoring session is delayed, contact us to arrange next steps.

15. Plagiarism Condemnation:

• British Scholars condemn plagiarism. Services may be denied to those suspected of committing plagiarism.

16. Client Responsibility:

• Clients must ensure services comply with university guidelines. British Scholars does not advise on this matter.

17. Copyright

• British Scholars guidance resources remain the copyright of Danfran Scholars LLP unless stated otherwise. Clients retain the rights to their own original work. Reproduction or redistribution of our resources without permission is prohibited.

18. Client Acknowledgment:

• Before agreeing to paid support services, clients should read these Terms and Conditions and the scope stated in their quote.

19. Liability Limitations:

• Danfran Scholars LLP, its employees, and agents are not liable for inaccuracies, grades, or consequences arising from client decisions.

20. Prohibited Countries:

• Clients must not request academic support where the service is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Breaches and Penalties:

• Breaches may result in support cancellation and, at the company's discretion, a refund or company credit.

22. Responsible Use:

• Clients are reminded to use services responsibly, adhering to academic guidelines and avoiding plagiarism.
